- Adult ADHD screening.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
- Individual and couples therapy for managing and coping with infertility treatments and decisions.
- Consultation regarding the emotional aspects of various infertility treatments and family-building options.
- Evaluation of prospective ovum donors, gestational carriers, and sperm donors.
- Consultation with recipients of ovum or sperm donation.
- Evaluation of prospective adoptive parents who are adopting internationally.
- Consultation with birthparents who are considering relinquishment for adoption.
- Psychotherapy and consultation with members of the adoption triad regarding pre- and post-adoption psychological issues.
FEES:
My fees are $175.00 per 50 minute session.

I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Managed Health Network, and Cigna.

My office is located on Stevens Creek Blvd. near Blaney, in the Arbor Professional Center, Building D. There is a yellow fire hydrant at the driveway. Once you turn in from Stevens Creek, Building D is right in front of you. There is ample parking both in front and behind the building. My suite is located on the 2nd floor. Once you enter the suite, you will see a waiting area to your left. Please have a seat in this area, and I will be with you at our appointed time.
